Cleaning the Shavings Box: 1. Unplug the sharpener before cleaning. 2. Open the top lid by turning counterclockwise, and dump the shavings. 3. Pull out the shavings box to clean the helical blade.

How to Use: 1. Plug the sharpener into a 120V outlet. 2. Select the desired pencil nib: blunt or sharp. 3. Insert the pencil and press it down with light pressure. It will start automatically. 4. Hold the pencil while sharpening. The sharpener will auto-stop when the pencil is well-sharpened.
